I’m Jenn Bryant and Honolulu, Hawaii is my home.
It sounds magical, and most days it is. God’s blessings are evident in His creation, but we have learned to live with less and in smaller spaces than how one may picture the American dream.
Hawaii is a world all it’s own, but through the blessings of technology, I feel more connected than the location that sets me in the middle of the Pacific.
I live comfortably and cozily in a little cottage with my husband of 12 years and our two precious kids who just made 8 & 9.
My background is in education, ranging from early childhood, elementary, middle school, as well as Christian theology, philosophy, and literature.
I’ve always worked with people, whether as a waitress, newsroom secretary, legal assistant, middle school teacher, preschool director, office manager, and now a stay-at-home mama.
First and foremost I am a Christian, in love with my Creator, Savior, Redeemer and Friend – Jesus Christ. He is my reason for being and the One who gives life to my soul and purpose to my steps.
Jennifer Bryant is an educator by profession and personality. Born the oldest of four kids in a small town in Southern California, she is fascinated by new experiences, and what makes people tick & how to find practical solutions. She holds a B.A. from California Baptist University in Christian Studies with an emphasis in Bible Theology, Philosophy, Apologetics, a minor in English, and teaching credential.
Jenn has taught elementary & middle school ages in California and Hawaii public schools, ran a private faith-based preschool, & worked as a full-time ministry administrator. She and her husband Bruce own a family restaurant (best fish tacos ever) on the south shore of Oahu in the Hawaiian islands. They are raising two adorable kids, Chloe & Asher (who are only 11 months apart) and trying to make it to the beach and discover great little food spots as often as possible.
